  花边历史与文化  花边英文名Lace，是一种以棉线、麻线、丝线或各种织物为原料，经过绣制或编织而成的装饰性镂空制品。俗称抽纱。早在公元4～5世纪的古埃及墓葬中便有类似的抽纱花边和雕绣花边。中世纪欧洲花边生产集中于修道院。15世纪，意大利、比利时、法国都发展花边生产。17世纪是欧洲花边生产的繁荣时期，意大利威尼斯花边著称于世。19世纪英国发明花边织机，机制花边问世，从而导致欧洲手工花边的衰落。19世纪末，欧洲花边传入中国，爱尔兰传教士丁·马茂兰在山东烟台开设培真女校，传授花边技艺。20世纪50年代以后，中国花边工艺在吸收欧洲花边艺术特长的基础上，与刺绣、编结等传统工艺相结合，在图案和针法上进行创新，更充分显示出工艺精巧、细腻，素雅、华丽的艺术效果。花边生产迅速发展，并遍及南北许多省市，产品销往100多个国家和地区。花边按工艺技法分为针绣花边、棒槌花边、编织花边、混合花边和机制花边5 大类。品种主要有台布、餐套、盆垫、盘垫、床罩、被套、枕套、靠垫、窗帘、花边服装、头巾、披肩、帽、手提袋等。

Over the last decade, LI TIAN has won respect and confidence from the society, in virtue of its incessant efforts to enhance product and service quality so as to realize sustainable operation. The company is located in the central area of the Yangtze Delta. the company has been developing at a stable pace on the strength of the advanced textile manufacturing base and the core competitive power rendered by our expertise.

  At present, the company boasts the latest lace weaving machines, shuttleless looms, wrapping silk machines and digital strip cutters introduced from Germany, Switzerland and Italy. A standard test laboratory is equipped, by which we are able to set up measuring standards (JIS, AATCC and ISO) as requested. We are able to satisfy customer requirement to the maximum, through the adoption of high quality raw materials, the employment of experienced managers assigned to each production process, and effective quality control processes (such as MRPII). The company has been granted the label "Oko-Tex Standard 100” by a Swiss textile authorization organization. And up to now, the company has established cooperative partnership with Dupont, Embry Form, Aimer and Banlian.
